Robyn Iannone, founder & CEO of 3P Workplace Consultants, is sometimes called an "unlikely accountant"’. Complementing her CFO experience, love for a good excel schedule and her affinity for numbers, her real passion is the people side of the business, driving productivity, profitability and streamlining HR processes. She works tirelessly as a CEO confidant and transformation driver delivering meaningful results.
Robyn’s time at KPMG and The Coca-Cola Company coupled with years at small businesses and non-profits as combined CFO/CHRO give her the unique insights and experiences needed to understand the interplay of people and profitability. Robyn brings expertise in employee relations, annual enrollment, commercial insurance, retirement plan administration, performance management administration, salary and compensation review, hiring, firing and, of course, the financials.
A Certified Professional Accountant and having earned SHRM-CP, Society of Human Resource Management certification, Robyn finds satisfaction in collaborating with managers and staff to address human relations issues. Robyn is an empathetic listener able to navigate sensitive and often very tough conversations. Robyn efficiently creates environments where people thrive at work. Robyn subscribes to and successfully promotes the philosophy of working to live, not living to work.
Robyn was a ‘Flashes of Brilliance’ speaker in 2024 at Destinations International Annual Conference in Tampa. She spoke to the Savannah Dental Society on 'Performance Management' for professional practices. Demonstrating a rare command with a wide array of audiences, Robyn is equally at home mentoring students at local high schools or facilitating board retreats.
Robyn is a proud graduate of Leadership Savannah, Class of 2012, and has been an active member of many local boards, including the Savannah Technical College Foundation, United Way of Coastal Georgia, Susan G. Komen, Employability, St. Vincent’s Academy Foundation, and Savannah Auburn Club.
She cherishes fun times with family and friends, relaxing at the lake, enjoying her pets, and, of course, cheering on her beloved Auburn Tigers. If you really know Robyn, you know that she performs the lyrics, often with dance moves, to most every genre of music and mostly by memory.
